ONLINE TESTS:

You will receive an automated email approx. within 72 hours to view your student's results.

 

STANFORD AT-HOME TESTS:
The results process may take up to 2-3 weeks during the months of May and June and 1-2 weeks during any other month of the year after you have tested. We ask for your patience during this busy season. Please note: Tests are scanned by grade level. You may receive one child's results before another; this is normal.

*AT-HOME TESTING RESULTS DELAY- We handle packages from across the world and have taken safety handling measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees.

 

HOW TO VIEW YOUR RESULTS

1. To access your account click the man-icon on the right side of the navigation bar between the shopping cart and magnifying glass icons.
2. Once you have logged into your account. You will see the “Test Results” title on the bottom right. Click the link of the student result(s) you want to access. When you click the test results link in your profile- it sends you an email to the address used when tests were purchased. The email is sent regardless if your results are available or not. Emailing the report is a required security feature. If it is available then it sends the results, if they are not available then you receive an email stating so.
3. Once the link is clicked a window will open with a notification. This notification will look different depending on your browser. We suggest using Chrome. This notification will state that an email with the results PDF has been sent to the email associated with the account. *Please make sure you are using the correct email.
4. Check your email. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
