If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Refunds
Homeschool Testing Services supports customers in their testing needs. Refunds are posted to the customer's account between 3-5 business days after the refund has been approved. Homeschool Testing Services does not offer store credits at this time.
Online
A 100% refund of the amount charged for a test is granted to customers who request a refund by emailing info@homeschooltestingservices.com fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the scheduled Online Testing event. If a refund request is asked within the fifteen day period a deduction of $25 will be taken from the total cost for service fee (for transaction costs, test coordinator/processing, and customer service).
For unusual circumstances a refund of 100% of the amount charged will be provided if the following has been completed:
- you participated in the pre-event computer-device assessment.
- your computer-device failed the pre-event assessment, meaning your device was unable to accommodate the Secure Browser required for Online Testing.
- neither HTS's IT Help Desk nor the test publisher's Help Desk (ERB or Pearson) were able to assist).
- HTS was notified within 24 hours of the failed test of your request for refund.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an event exchange, please email info@homeschooltestingservices.com with the email used to place the order. We cannot provide store credits at this time. Certain limitations and restrictions apply; exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Online
Exchanges can be made if requested before the testing event registration closes, events close 8 business days before the event takes place. If the request is made after registration has closed, please contact info@homeschooltestingservices.com for more information.
